All orders are promptly processed and shipped
within 4-5 business days directly from ourwarehouse
located at Glendle, CA. Please note that
all items ordered are not necessarily shipped
together.
Standard
Ground Delivery - USPS or Fedex Ground Service
EXPRESS ANIMATION, standard shipping method
is USPS or Fedex Ground Service, which normally
takes 2-14 days depending on your shipping
destination's zone. Fedex requires a physical
address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Orders sent to PO Boxes ship via USPS Parcel
Post with Delivery Confirmation and take
longer to arrive.

Rush
Shipping
"Rush" shipping is available for
an additional charge within the 48 contiguous
United States of America only. EXPRESS ANIMATION,
cannot send "Over-Night" deliveries.
Our express delivery service will take 2
full business days, allowing 1 business
day for warehouse order processing. The
minimum charge for rush delivery shipping
is $30. For more information about rush
delivery and rush delivery rates, please
contact us.
Status
of an Order
Customer Service will answer questions related
to your website order. Please provide us
your website order confirmation number and
order date, and include your name and complete
shipping address. Customer Service will
also answer your product and general questions.

ANIMATION, guarantees 100% satisfaction
and we stand behind our products.
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete,
please e-mail us immediately, Please include
your order/track number, name and shipping
address. We WILL make it right!
15-Day
Inspection Period.
If your selection does not meet your every
expectation, simply return it within our
15-day inspection period for a prompt exchange
or refund of your purchase price (excluding
originating shipping and handling fees;
customer pays return shipping). Items must
be returned in the original packaging. Please
also include the original packing slip or
a copy.
Returns
received after our 15-day inspection period
are subject to a 00% merchandise restocking
fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns
after 60 days. If the credit card used on
your purchase has expired, we cannot refund
your credit account; instead we will issue
you store credit.
Cancelled orders
We have a " No Cancellation Policy". No
Cancellations will be accepted.
Orders placed with our company, are all
custom made, and custom ordered for you.
Your Order Is Processed Immediately, and
Payment Is Processed Immediately, as to
insure you the fastest delivery time possible.
All cancellations and unauthorized returns
are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Orders
cancelled after product is shipped will
be subject to shipping charges both ways
plus a 30% restocking fee.
Returning Items
All unauthorized returns will be refused
at the dock or donated to charity. Customer
is responsible for all return freight and
insurance on returns and responsible for
any damage in transit for the return.
We suggest that you use a traceable delivery
method, such as UPS or Fed-Ex.
Customer is responsible for inital and return
shipping charges.
